1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the VistaFrame Studios website (crooketly.vision) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

VistaFrame Studios provides professional real estate and interior photography services, including but not limited to property photography, interior photography, video tours, and drone photography. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking.

3. Booking and Payment

When you book our services:

• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the photography session
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings honor the agreed price

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
• Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance
• Weather-related cancellations for outdoor/drone shoots will be rescheduled at no additional cost

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

Regarding the photographs and videos we create:

• VistaFrame Studios retains copyright of all images and videos
• Clients receive a license to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes related to the photographed property
• Images may not be resold, sublicensed, or used for purposes other than property marketing without written permission
• We reserve the right to use images in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials
• Clients may request that specific images not be used in our marketing

6. Delivery of Images

Image delivery terms:

• Standard turnaround time is 48-72 hours for edited images
• Rush delivery is available for an additional fee
• Images are delivered via digital download link
• Download links remain active for 30 days
• We retain backup copies for 90 days after delivery

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring the property is clean, staged, and ready for photography at the scheduled time
• Providing access to all areas to be photographed
• Obtaining necessary permissions for photography on the property
• Ensuring adequate lighting and utilities are available
• Informing us of any hazards or special considerations

8. Limitation of Liability

VistaFrame Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or equipment failure.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
